How to generate the Flex Composite host ID

This article will show you how to generate the Flex composite host ID and add it to a text file in a specified location.

 Instructions

  1. Locate the theorem_composite.exe file in your Flex LM install

  2. Drag and drop the theorem_composite.exe file into a command prompt window and press enter to view the composite host ID information

  3. Drag and drop the theorem_composite.exe file into a command prompt window again, add > plus the directory to a text file, (e.g. C:\temp\composite.txt) then press enter to generate the text file
