Recyling Application Pool

Affects:  Customers with a multi-location deployment of Centro, who are installing Centro Business Tools applications.

When installing any Centro Business Tools application at a particular Centro location, it is necessary to recycle the Application Pool at all other Locations in order for the new permissions to be visible to Centro at those Locations.  Note the Application Pool may also recycle on a scheduled basis but it is best to perform a manual recycle to be sure.

This can be done by going to IIS Manager on the Server with the WebApp installed, for each Location.   Open IIS > Application Pools > Select CentroPool and click on the Recycle button. 



Note for customers who have used a different ApplicationPool for their Centro WebApp application, the steps are the same but you should select your chosen ApplicationPool instead of CentroPool.
