If you are experiencing problems with SpinFire Ultimate then it may be necessary to uninstall and re-install it. You will need Administrator rights to do this.
Start Menu > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
Highlight "Actify SpinFire Ultimate" and then click "Uninstall" at the top, then proceed to uninstall the application.
After uninstalling SpinFire Ultimate, you will need to manully delete the following folders/files if they exist:
- C:\ProgramData\Actify\SpinFire11
- C:\Users\user_name_here\AppData\Local\Actify\SpinFire11 - (Please Note that your user specified settings and customised Materials list are saved here)
- C:\Users\user_name_here\AppData\Roaming\Actify\SpinFire11
- C:\Users\user_name_here\AppData\Local\Temp - Empty this folder if you're experiencing installation problems.
- C:\Users\user_name_here\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\ProgramData\Actify
With SpinFire now uninstalled and its folders deleted manually, you may now follow the instructions the this page to install SpinFire again. Right click the executable and use "Run as administrator" to ensure the installation is done correctly.
