Exporting Measurements and Notes

Save you measurements and notes to the clipboard or directly to a file (.txt, .csv, .xml. ,xls, .xlsx) wit the export mark ups feature. Export mark ups applies to both 3D and 2D measurements and notes.

 To export measurements to a file...
- Select on or more measurement markups either from the graphical area or the markup browser.
- Right mouse click and select Export....
- Select Only Visible parts to not export hidden parts. Uncheck to export all parts.
- Select Show Units to export the unit text. Uncheck to export without the units text.
- Click Export...
- Enter a file name (default is the loaded CAD file's name).
- Select a file type (.txt, .csv, .xml, .xls, .xlsx).
- Click Save.
 To copy measurements to the clipboard...
- Select on or more measurement markups either from the graphical area or the markup browser.
- Right mouse click and select Export....
- Select Only Visible parts to not export hidden parts. Uncheck to export all parts.
- Select Show Units to export the unit text. Uncheck to export without the units text.
- Click Copy.
 To export notes to a file...
- Select on or more notes either from the graphical area or the markup browser.
- Right mouse click and select Export....
- Select Only Visible parts to not export hidden parts. Uncheck to export all parts.
- Select Show Units to export the unit text. Uncheck to export without the units text.
- Click Export...
- Enter a file name (default is the loaded CAD file's name).
- Select a file type (.txt, .csv, .xml, .xls, .xlsx).
- Click Save.
 To copy notes to the clipboard...
- Select on or more notes either from the graphical area or the markup browser.
- Right mouse click and select Export....

- Click Copy.
