Centro Troubleshooting

I've installed Centro WebApp and i have this error below. What should i do?

- Check that your Centro website is showing as a "Application" in your IIS (Internet Information Services Manager), rather than a yellow folder. If it is a yellow folder tright click Centro and set it to be an Application and then "Browse" to see if it has been resolved.

- If the above has been checked and it has been set as an Application and still did not work afterwards, then uninstall the Centro WebApp and then delete these folders:

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\Centro

Ensure that Centro is no longer showing in your IIS after it has been uninstalled and the remnant files have been deleted at the above location .Then proceed to install Centro WebApp again and then browse to the website before proceeding with the PLH and PLM installation. The issue should now be resolved if you have followed the instructions above. If it has not , please contact the Support team for assistance.
