On the Windows platform, Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 are binary compatible. This means you can use the HOOPS binaries available now (2015 and 2017) with VS 2019. Please see the Microsoft docs article "C++ binary compatibility between Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019" for details.
That said, it is not currently a platform that we validate for release. It is used internally on a fairly limited basis at this time.
