In order to activate your Site Access license, enter your company’s Seat ID on the SpinFire activation page (Under Options > Activation) while , your machine is connected or must be a member of the correct domain for the license is associated withto activate correctly. To check this, , type in “System” in your Windows search bar and look under Computer Name, Domain and workgroup settings, under Workgroup your machine should belong to your company’s domain that the Site Access (Formerly called Site License) is associated with. If this is correct follow our instructions on how to check a user’s domain status

If the Seat ID (License number) is correct, you are a member of the correct domain in your company and your license is still not working please reach out to support at spinfiresupport@actify.com for assistance.
